11. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lonke Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Lonke Studio's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

22. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted
• You are responsible for all content generated through your account

33. Description of Services

Lonke Studio provides AI-powered content generation services, including but not limited to AI image generation, video generation, and multi-scene video creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• AI Image Generation: Generate images using FLUX, Gemini, and other AI models
• AI Video Generation: Create videos using Kling, Veo 3, and other video AI
• Multi-Scene Videos: Create complex video projects with multiple scenes
• Credit System: Services are billed using credits as described in our Pricing Structure

44. Credits & Usage

Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits never expire but may be lost if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

• Credits are consumed when you generate content
• Different features require different amounts of credits
• Unused credits remain in your account until used
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time

55. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By purchasing credits, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack and Stripe
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

66. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Lonke Studio. However, you grant us a license to use your content for service improvement and marketing purposes.

• You own all content you create
• You can delete your content at any time
• We may use anonymized data for AI training
• Generated content may include watermarks based on your plan

77. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• No content depicting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• No content violating third-party intellectual property rights
• No attempting to reverse engineer or extract AI models
• No automated or bulk content generation

88. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining credits.

• Termination for cause is immediate
• We may ban accounts that violate our policies
• Appeals may be submitted via email
• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy
